Prepare the account and property identifiers
Create or use an active Customer Service Portal account. Each property has its own roll number and unique access code, so owning several properties does not make one enrolment cover them all. The city describes letters sent in February 2024 containing these details. If the code is missing, contact 311 instead of guessing a code or reusing another property’s.

Access bills after enrolment
Online billing replaces mailed paper bills. Sign in to the portal when a bill is ready. If the notification email is missing, check the junk folder before assuming no tax is due.
The page contains an inconsistent old May 2024 cutoff referring to 2025 final bills and February 2026. Those dates have passed. This guide does not infer the cutoff for a new enrolment; ask Revenue Services which upcoming bill will arrive online.

Account history and service help
For balance and payment history, call 311 or visit the nearest Citizen Service Centre with the roll number. The tax calculator accepts an address or roll number and breaks down the tax allocation; it is distinct from proof that a payment cleared.
