The regular season is September 1 to March 31, subject to actual booking dates. Availability shown online is not held merely by viewing it; staff may book the same slot by phone. Fees are due when booking, with any alternative arrangements approved by administration.
Contact icebookings@greatersudbury.ca or 705-674-4455 extension 3450. Use 311 locally or 705-671-2489 from outside the local area. Capreol and I.J. Coady ice availability is not completely displayed online.

Training-rate limits
The per-skater fees are for a maximum of six skaters in personal training with a trainer. They apply only within two business days of booking, weekdays 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. or weekend mornings 7 to 8 a.m. The table rates are stated through March 31,2027. They are not a universal public-skating or prime-time hourly fee.
Maintenance is part of the booked time. A 60-minute slot provides 50 minutes on the ice, which matters when arranging a lesson or travelling team session.

Capreol and I.J. Coady promotion
The city offers one free hour after five booked hours at Capreol or I.J. Coady. The five bookings must be used before the discount applies. Email administration to request the free rental rather than assuming the portal automatically subtracts it.
