Choose the fare product

The published table lists six-ride cards at $20 for adults and $15 for youth, students, seniors and disability pensioners. Children age four and under are listed free. The cash page separately says $4 for all passengers, so staff should confirm any ambiguous child payment case rather than treating a banknote as a discount product.

Reduced-fare photo ID must be shown to the operator. A cheaper pass is not enough on its own. Operators cannot make change for a cash fare.

Paper products are being retired

City facilities stopped selling paper cards and passes after May 31,2026. Existing paper products are accepted through December 31,2026. The city directs customers to its current retailer list for remaining purchase options. Do not promise paper acceptance in 2027.

Protect a GOVA Pass balance

Register a smart card on the eFare website. Unregistered lost or stolen cards cannot be recovered and remaining value is lost. A reduced-fare customer whose card was already linked to an email at the Downtown Hub should use Forgot Password, not create a duplicate account.

Cash and six-ride users should request a transfer at boarding. Transfers last 90 minutes and apply on any route. Day-pass and 31-day-pass holders do not need a separate transfer.
