Responsibilities
Lead structural design teams and deliver conceptual, preliminary, and detailed civil/structural designs for mining, industrial, and commercial projects. Coordinate and review engineering work, conduct inspections, mentor junior staff, maintain client relationships, and manage project schedules, budgets, and quality.
Requirements
Requires a Civil Engineering degree and current Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) registration in good standing. Candidates should have 5–15 years of structural analysis and design experience with steel and concrete structures, knowledge of applicable codes and standards, and strong communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.
